Welcome to QiankunDai (the “App”). We value your privacy and follow the principles of data minimization and user control. This Privacy Policy explains how information related to your use of the App is handled.

1. Information We Handle

• Local data: Account records, notes, members, categories, projects, and app settings that you create are stored on your device by default. They are used to provide recording, search, statistics, and personalization features.
• Backup and migration data: Related data is read or transferred only when you actively export, restore, or use a device-to-device transfer. The transfer is initiated and controlled by you.
• Data used by AI features: Only when you actively enable and use an AI service, related text, images, or receipt content will be sent to the AI service provider configured by you for recognition, analysis, or responses. Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information, and review the privacy policy of the relevant service provider.
• Help and feedback: Questions, contact details, and attachments that you voluntarily provide and send by email are transmitted by the email service provider and used to process your feedback.
• Diagnostic information: The App does not integrate advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs. The operating system or underlying services may generate necessary crash diagnostic information, which is handled under the policies of Apple and the relevant service providers.

2. How We Use Information

We process relevant information only to provide, maintain, and improve the App. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, sale, or sharing with unrelated third parties. Simply opening a page or using local features normally does not cause account records, notes, or other content to be uploaded to our servers.

3. Third-Party Services

When you actively use AI, email, cloud backup, or other external services, relevant data is sent to the corresponding service. Third-party services may process data under their own privacy policies and terms of service. QiankunDai does not control how third-party services process data and does not send data to third parties on your behalf in the background.

4. Data Retention, Deletion, and Security

Local data is protected by the security mechanisms of your device. You can delete records and member tags in the App, or manage your data through backup and restore features. Uninstalling the App removes local data in its app sandbox. Backups you export yourself, emails, and copies held by third-party services must be deleted separately in the relevant locations.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us using the details below.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy in response to changes in features, laws and regulations, or services. The updated version will be published on this page with its latest revision date. Your continued use of the App indicates that you acknowledge the updated policy.
